Protocols and Procedures for Youth Environments

A 3-hour general training course on food allergies, often requested by schools, daycares, summer camps, day camps, and youth centres. It is recommended for all employees of these services.

Cooking and Eating Safety

This 3-hour training on food allergy management is offered to cooks and food service managers. It is also suitable for restaurants, daycare centres, schools, summer camps, youth centres, and other institutional or commercial kitchens.

It is mainly aimed at employees working in food preparation, but some segments are specifically designed for service and hosting staff. Let us know the composition of your group and your work context and we will help you assess your needs.

Three hours of training:

  • Fee: starting at $400
  • Maximum number of participants: 25
  • Off-site training is also available

For restaurant staff wishing to take training on an individual basis, Allergy Quebec also offers interactive Food Allergy E-training for Restaurants.
