The Association
Allergy Quebec’s mission is to promote safety and improve the quality of life of those living with food allergies by providing information, support, education, training, and awareness programs. It is the only Quebec based reference centre for food allergies and brings together allergists, nutritionists, pharmacists, various institutions (schools, daycares, hospitals), as well as companies in the food industry.
